This is a great place to go for hearing aide check ups, and your ears being checked up.I thought my hearing aides were not working well made an appointment and it turned out the aides were fine but, my ears were full of ear wax and after they were cleaned out by Tyler Blatchford, the Audiologist it was a great new experience in hearing clearly without having to turn up my hearing aides just to hear.

WOW!!! In the past 18 years I’ve had multiple starkey hearing aids never have I experienced such excellent quality attention to detail and service. Tyler spent a couple hours with me tweaking the nuances of the starkey Omega AI 24s. He called technical support to address a couple of matters during my visits. In the end the sound reproduction improvement of the Omegas has taken my 70 year old hearing back to my 40s. Much of that improvement is because Tyler took the time to optimize the Omega settings for feedback reduction, tinnitus, my most likely sound environments, edge mode….. particularly for loud previously unintelligible environments like noisy restaurants. It is amazing the difference between standard out of the box Omegas vs. the quality optimization Tyler tweaked specifically for my hearing was brilliant. Remarkably I can hear 3, perhaps 4, decades better than when I walked in with earlier top quality starkey hearing aids. This is after wearing several top end models of starkey hearing aids for well more than a decade with average or below audiologist technical support. What a difference having someone who truly cares about his clients. Couple that with a quality product, the result is I hear so much better and am able to engage naturally, without effort. I live over a thousand miles from Jacksonville so I appreciate the telehear adjustment options. Tyler you should be training the region to demonstrate what customer service truly is.
